Kyocera’s e-MPs Solution and Secure Print from the KX Drivers provides users with the ability to print documents to the HDD of a supported device and output on command directly at the device with pin code access.
Protect your confidential documents
Everyday, business users print pages that may be confidential in nature. Delivering a page or pages of this sensitive material, only to find it missing when you get to the printer can be a major problem, depending on the material.
Kyocera's e-MPS Solution, using the KX Driver provides users to deliver pages using our Secure Print feature.
From the desktop, confidential documents can be printed using the e-MPS Private Print selection. Once the selection has been made, a four digit secure PIN must be entered. Documents are sent directly to the HDD of the EcoPro Printer, where they await retrieval, using the four digit PIN that was input. Once the PIN has been entered, the document prints while the intended recipient is ready and at the device to retrieve the pages.
All EcoPro Printers available with the optional Printer Hard Disk Drive or e-MPS Hard Disk Drive can be configured for e-MPS functionality. Some models may support using RAM Disk mode.
